Refund Policy
Introduction
At Zen Zone Wellness PMA (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Zen Zone”), we strive to provide exceptional wellness experiences and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services, packages, memberships, or events. By booking or purchasing any service through Zen Zone, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Service Appointments

Cancellations: Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notice are non-refundable.

Refunds for Completed Services: Due to the nature of wellness services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.
Packages & Memberships

Non-Refundable Purchases: All memberships and package purchases are final and non-refundable.

Transfers: Packages and memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Zen Zone.

Unused Sessions: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule and use sessions within the stated validity period. Unused sessions will expire and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Events & Workshops

Cancellations by Client: Event or workshop tickets are non-refundable, but you may request to transfer your booking to another available date (if applicable) with at least 72 hours’ notice.

Cancellations by Zen Zone: In the rare case that Zen Zone cancels an event or workshop, you will be offered the option of a full refund or a credit toward future services.
Membership Dues
Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel future billing at any time, but no prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Digital Products or Educational Material
Due to the immediate accessibility of digital products or online content, all such purchases are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Zen Zone Wellness reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Any approved refund will be issued in the original form of payment or as a credit toward future services.
Acceptance of this Refund Policy
By booking a service, purchasing a membership or package, or attending an event with Zen Zone Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
